The automatic Bakon icing sprayer with adjustable production speed and coating type has been specifically developed to spray or deposit large quantities of fondant on differently shaped products.

	Five spray guns:2 rows of 3, or 2 linked guns with adjustable height are installed above the spray section of the conveyor. These can be switched on and off individually or collectively.
	A distance controlled product sensor. The guns open automatically once an adjustable distance has been covered.
	A removable hopper to collect over-sprayed fondant
	A tray at the in-feed and out-feed sections of the machine to collect crumbs
	A control panel to select, switch on and off the spray guns
	A special pressure controlto provide an even spray pattern
	A spray unit with mechanical height adjustment.
